You will be assisting in the growth of the already existing Financial Mis-selling Department so therefore, you will need to be competent in handling every aspect of financial mis-selling files from inception to completion, the files will include Undisclosed Mortgage Commission matters.
You will be handling complex matters of contention and have excellent customer care skills.
If you have strong litigation experience and the ability to establish possible claim routes, coupled with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, then you need to apply for this role now.
