The role will include: 

• Providing M&A services to clients based in the UK and abroad
• Assisting both investors and investees with venture capital transactions
• Offering advice on initial public offerings (IPOs) and subsequent public fundraising efforts
• Supporting overseas clients in setting up operations in the UK
• Preparing various legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, subscription agreements, and shareholder agreements
• Structuring corporate groups.
