Property Litigation Solicitor - Manchester - NQ - 4PQEThis is a superb opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm with a national profile who can boast a 40% increase in T/O in the last financial year.
You will have trained and gained experience at a comparable city or large regional firm having trained and gained experience alongside noted partners and senior associates.
On offer is a mixed caseload of good quality work offering proactive strategic advice to a range of property owners, occupiers and funders.
Advising in relation to a wide range of disputes and have a particular specialism in acting on landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, social housing, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions. Acting for a spread of household name clients, social housing providers and property owners and managers.
