Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer (2+ PQE)- Manchester- Top Tier FirmMy client are a growing national law firm who are looking to add a non-contentious construction lawyer to their construction and infrastructure team in Manchester city centre, you will have the opportunity to work on big-ticket projects alongside the firm's offices in other parts of the UK. They are looking for someone over 2 years qualified.
You will have experience working on a broad range of transaction construction matters, acting for both national and international with varying clients which include developers, contractors, project owners and others. Ideally you will have a mix of real estate, energy (clean/renewable) and infrastructure project experience.
You must be well versed in using both the JCT and NEC standard contracts for this role. Candidates with a mix of contentious and non-contentious experience will also be considered for this role.
