Commercial Property Partner - LiverpoolWith the incumbent head of real estate retiring early next year, our client have a unique opportunity for a senior lawyer with, or without, a following of business to join and take over both the running of the department and the management of the firm's key clients.
Ideally you will have built your reputation in the local market, developing relationships across the wider Manchester and Lancashire business community - you will be happy to work in a small team and be keen to grow the capability of the practice.
The current client base has been developed and cultivated over decades and initially you will be spending time to get to know them, how they operate and how you can take the relationship forward. You will manage a small team of lawyers whilst also managing your own transactions.
For want of a better word, this is a really nice firm who work in a relaxed environment and who have fantastic reputation in the City. A great package is on offer for the right candidate.
