Claims Management and Oversight:
• Strategize and allocate new claims, ensuring appropriate reserves are set.
• Authorize payments within designated financial parameters.
• Conduct comprehensive file reviews to uphold quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain meticulous records in the claims management system.
• Identify and address training needs within the team, recommending tailored solutions.
• Analyze files progressing to litigation, documenting insights and best practices.

Service Delivery and Compliance:
• Utilize advanced systems to monitor staff performance, productivity, and leave.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and acknowledge exceptional contributions.
• Address underperformance promptly, collaborating with HR as necessary.
• Assist in strategic capacity assessments aligned with business objectives.
• Support recruitment initiatives for claims handlers and support staff.
• Deliver engaging presentations to colleagues, setting performance expectations.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning, keeping the team informed of industry developments.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the firm's values.
