Commercial Property Solicitor- South Manchester- 5+ PQEA Commercial Property Solicitor is required for a well established firm in Greater Manchester to join their successful and busy team. They are offering a competitive salary, negotiable dependent on experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm who have an enviable client base and have an excellent reputation for providing a full range of quality legal services, offering their clients a credible alternative to city centre firms.
They are looking for a candidate who is at least 5 years PQE however, all candidates will be considered if they have a following of business. The candidate will have a wealth of experience in drafting leases, licences, small business sales/purchases leasehold and freehold purchases and will be able to assist & develop some of the more junior members of the team with HOD
