Commercial Property Solicitor- Greater Manchester- 1-4 PQEA junior Commercial Property Solicitor required for a full service firm in Cheshire that have been providing legal services to businesses and individuals for over 100 years. The department is expanding so this is an exciting time to join the firm. The salary is negotiable dependent on experience and competitive in the marketplace.
You will have exposure to, and be working on a wide range of commercial property transactions including straightforward sales and purchases, leases, licences, secured lending, acting for both landlords and tenants and handling a caseload of matters from inception through to post-completion. You will provide full support to the Head of Department as well as other departments across the firm who are handling more complex transactions and corporate support work. The firm also encourages all staff to be involved in Business Development and maintain relationships with local Estate Agents and other introducers of work.
