Senior Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - Manchester - £70k+We have an exciting opportunity with a Manchester-based practice that is looking to expand its corporate and commercial team. You'll have the chance to work closely with a partner, with the potential to step into their role over the next few years.
This position is a true corporate commercial role, involving negotiating contracts, advising on corporate structures, handling mergers and acquisitions, and offering strategic guidance to businesses of all sizes.
As part of the role, you'll be introduced to the firm's regionally focused client base. This provides you with the opportunity to develop relationships and, over time, become the key client contact. The firm boasts a long-standing history in Manchester and it’s partnership well regarded in the city.
