Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join one of the top corporate practices in the South East outside London. The firm is seeking experineced Corporate Associates for its award winning Guildford office.

You'll be part of a dynamic corporate team comprising eight partners and around 30 other lawyers, handling a diverse range of high-quality corporate transactional and advisory work. From private M&A to corporate rationalizations, our team covers it all. Supported by specialists in tax, employment, real estate, and more, you'll work with multinational clients and collaborate with overseas law firms. The work spans:

• Private M&A (buy side and sell side)
• Private equity (management advisory and portfolio work)
• High growth companies / shareholders agreements and articles / equity fundraising
• Corporate rationalisations / reorganisations
• General corporate advisory
• Partnership law
• Inward investment and cross border transactions

We're seeking individuals with a drive for corporate work, though experience in all areas isn't mandatory. Strong team players with excellent interpersonal skills and a commercial mindset will thrive in this role.
