Private Client Solicitor/ Fee Earner

Caterham – £35,000 - £70,000

A reputable law firm located in Surrey is currently looking for an experienced Private Client  Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide expert advice to clients on legal issues related to private client services.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in legislation and industry best practices.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team to ensure comprehensive client support.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Fee Earner with 5 plus experience within private client
• Demonstrable experience in managing a varied private client caseload.
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate planning, and powers of attorney.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
