I am excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity within a Legal 500 firms Commercial Property department for an experienced lawyer with 5+ years PQE. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in a diverse caseload, encompassing Commercial Leases, Development, Acquisitions, Disposals, Corporate Support, and Investment matters. You will collaborate closely with the firms commercial teams, providing comprehensive legal support to their esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of Commercial Property matters
- Collaborate with the firms experienced commercial teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Undertake responsibilities associated with Commercial Leases, Development, Acquisitions, Disposals, Corporate Support, and Investment transactions.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- 5+ Years PQE: You should have a minimum of 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial Property law.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent client care.
- A sharp commercial acumen, with an interest in business development.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
Emily joined Douglas Scott in March 2017, initially as part of the Master Vendor team of consultants focusing on the recruitment for one specialised client account. Emily went on to join the National Support desk where she concentrated on business support roles within law firms. Currently Emily works on the London and South East region desk covering private practice and working with a range of small regional practices, boutique firms and larger national practices including well-established departments as well as emerging firms. Emily graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016 and studied Criminology and Criminal Justice. Previous to this, she completed her A-levels in Business studies, ICT and Sociology.
