My client, a national specialist law firm, is looking to recruit a Court of Protection solicitor to join their team located in Birmingham. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal counsel to the firm's clients, primarily handling cases related to Mental Capacity Law. Therefore, expertise and experience in this area are essential.

The team comprises a total of 14 lawyers located across their offices throughout the UK. You will become part of a smaller team consisting of three other lawyers based in the Midlands. Together, you will work collaboratively to expand the client base and presence in the Midlands. This offers an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy the business development aspect of the role.

As one of the initial members of the Birmingham team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the team's direction and potentially advance rapidly. The salary will be DOE but to give you an idea a newly qualified solicitors can expect to start at £48,000. You will also have the flexibility to choose your preferred work environment, allowing you to work in the office as much or as little as suits your needs.
