- Independently manage a diverse caseload encompassing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estates.
- Actively engage in Business Development Initiatives on behalf of the firm, fostering and expanding your professional network within the local community.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior members of the private client team, fostering their growth and development.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their private client needs with professionalism and care.
- Effectively manage and prepare correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
- Uphold and further enhance the law firm's esteemed reputation for exceptional client care and service delivery.
- Minimum of 5+ years' PQE within Private Client law, demonstrating a strong foundation of legal knowledge and expertise.
- Ambitious and driven individual with clear long-term career goals, motivated to contribute to the growth and success of the department alongside other partners in the team.
- Confident in your abilities as a legal practitioner, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building and maintaining client relationships and collaborating effectively within the team.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all aspects of legal practice.
