You : You will have trained and gained experience in a noted Dispute Resolution team handling a mixed bag of good quality work. You will have problem solving skills and be a strong negotiator with interpersonal skills.

The role : Understanding and be able to advise on alternative dispute resolution is part of the role where you will inherit clients and established relationships. Property Litigation takes up a good chunk of the role and you can expect to meet, advise clients and draft documents.
