You will be a residential conveyancing legal assistant with previous legal employee.

The role :  
You will be expected to provide effective administrative and secretarial support using a case management system and a wide range of business software applications.
You will also assist an experienced Licenced Conveyancer in progressing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. 

Duties include preparation and submission of searches, conducting searches and enquiries through the Land Registry Portal, filing SDLT returns, preparing completion work including completion statements and preparing files for closing and archiving.

You will also be expected to have contact with clients, both in person and by telephone and email, as well as with other law firms and related professional organisations and agents.
