Residential Property Conveyancer
Bristol – £35,000 - £55,000
I am currently recruiting for a Residential Property Solicitor, to join my clients thriving Residential Property Department based in Bristol.You will be managing a mixed varied caseload consisting of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages of freehold/leasehold properties which you will be able to manage with minimum supervision.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who possesses excellent organisational skills ensuring all targets are met and you are providing a excellent service to all clients.
This role comes with a highly competitive salary dependant on experience and fantastic benefits package.
