My client is thrilled to present an outstanding career opportunity for a talented Claims Handler (CH2) to join their dynamic team in Liverpool. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing a caseload of pre-litigated and Low-Value Litigated Motor Claims for our esteemed Corporate clients.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse range of pre-litigated and litigated motor claims, with a focus on those valued up to £25k.
• Handle high-value and complex matters from the initial stages through to settlement.
• Identify cases suitable for early litigation, balancing success potential and risk.

Collaborative Environment:

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of consistently high levels of service and productivity.
• Maintain accurate data, foster client communication, and contribute to the growth and development of your team.

Flexible Working:

• Enjoy a hybrid schedule, allowing one day in the office and four days working from home.
• Achieve a balanced work-life approach.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Essential experience in ULR RTA handling of pre-litigated matters, with litigation knowledge considered highly desirable.
• Full claim cycle expertise, covering initial quantum assessment, liability investigation, and settlement negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Excellent attention to detail, negotiation skills, and effective communication.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in litigation claims handling.
• Knowledge of Loss of Use/Loss of Standing Charge.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
