My client, a prestigious international commercial law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Health Litigation team in Liverpool.
 
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of clinical negligence files, working on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and other defendant clinical negligence clients. Key responsibilities include drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, negotiating settlements, and attending court hearings.
 
Requirements:

• Law degree or equivalent
• Defendant Clinical negligence experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
