Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Fee Earner to join their award winning Defendant Industrial Disease team.
You will handle your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease files and also assist the Partners on Asbestos cases. We are happy to consider both Defendant and Claimant Fee Earners but you must have a solid track record managing your own caseload of litigated Industrial Disease or Personal Injury files.

Nina joined Douglas Scott in 2011 bringing previous legal experience having worked as a Conveyancing Assistant. Nina currently covers the North-West area focussing on the Personal Injury market. She works with several leading clients and covers the recruitment of Solicitors, Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants. Nina was promoted to Business Unit Director in 2018, given her level of experience and specialist knowledge of the PI sector. Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
