You :
You will have trained and gained experience at a city or large regional firm or if it is a smaller firm where you have had considerable exposure to high net worth matters ideally with a rural dimension. With your strong communication skills and commercial awareness you will be happy to handle business development snd forge your own reputation.



The firm :
There is a large property team here, 16 fee earners in total. There is a gap here at senior level.

The role :
Working closely with all members of the team you'll provide assistance on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m.
