You :
You will be an experienced self-motivated qualified solicitor, with upwards of 3 years PQE ,able to run your on caseload, looking for your next career move.

The role :
You should be able to handle a varied residential property caseload, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, help to buy, lease extensions and dealing with registered and unregistered properties.
You'll be able to support junior colleagues and work towards all conveyancing protocols.
You should be able to meet tight deadline and provide exceptional customer care.
