You :

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive capable of running your own caseload. You will be looking for your next challenge having made an impact elsewhere in your career and ideally you'll be STEP or SFE qualified or working towards those qualifications.

With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organsation and time management skills, you'll have an ability to work under pressure and an ability to motivate others.
