The solicitor/legal executive position within the Family Matrimonial team at the Wirral office seeks an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.
 
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) and expertise in dealing with Ancillary Relief matters. Ideally, they should also hold Resolution Accreditation, a recognized accreditation for family law professionals.

• In-depth knowledge of family law and a track record of advising high net worth clients are essential.
• Legal Aid Experience: While not mandatory, knowledge and experience in dealing with Legally Aided matters and familiarity with the Legal Aid Agency's CCMS (Client and Cost Management System) are desirable.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent client care and communication abilities, organizational skills, ambition, and the capacity to work toward targets are prerequisites for the role.
• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, teamwork, and effective decision-making skills are expected.
• Business Development: The candidate should have the confidence to build business contacts and be comfortable with utilizing social media, writing blogs, and articles, as this would be considered an advantage.
