Property Litigation Solicitor , ExeterThis is a superb opportunity to join a successful Litigation department where there is an excellent client base to tap into and you can also expect to handle a broad range of work including Property, Civil and Commercial Litigation work.
You cn expewct to pick good quality work including complex and high net worth matters so ideally you'll have upwards of 4 years PQE and you'll hae made an impact elsewhere.
Typical matters relate to :
- Property Disputes
- Residential Landlord and Tenant
- Contract disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Experience in employment law would be an advantage but is not essential.
You should have strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to take the initiative.
