Responsibilities:
• Manage a full, mixed caseload of private client matters
• Assist clients with probate and administration of estates, Trusts,  lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.
• Draft and review wills and other legal documents
• Provide excellent service to clients

Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/
• Good knowledge of trusts, administration of estates, wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications
• Ability to manage a full, mixed caseload of private client matters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a track record of providing excellent client service
