A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Stoke based opportunity with an ambitious and dynamic Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload of sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds from start to finish.
