EL/PL Fraud ParalegalAn EL/PL/Fraud Paralegal/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Joining our clients leading team, you will manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent EL/PL cases on behalf of a number of insurance clients; it is defendant work but we are happy to consider those from a Claimant background as well.
Duties include conducting investigations, reviewing evidence and quantum, interviewing Insurers and their witnesses and taking statements, instructing investigators/medical experts and dealing with Disclosure.
Applications are invited from Paralegals/Fee Earners/Litigation Executives with either Fraud or EL/PL experience.
You will be working for a highly regarded and ambitious firm of Solicitors whose Insurance Fraud team has a fantastic reputation for securing the best possible outcome for their clients.

Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
