Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner to join the expanding Medical Negligence team. The department manages the full range of Clinical Negligence matters and you will manage your own caseload from inception to conclusion; experience will determine the level of work managed in each case.
The ideal candidate will ideally have upwards of 1 years PQE, however we are also happy to consider NQ Solicitors that have a solid background in Clinical Negligence work.

Nina joined Douglas Scott in 2011 bringing previous legal experience having worked as a Conveyancing Assistant. Nina currently covers the North-West area focussing on the Personal Injury market. She works with several leading clients and covers the recruitment of Solicitors, Fee Earners, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants. Nina was promoted to Business Unit Director in 2018, given her level of experience and specialist knowledge of the PI sector. Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
