I am working with a Legal 500 leading law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their progressive commercial property team across North Wales and Shropshire.

Dealing with a unique blend of commercial and developer clients on a wide range of transactions involving (but not limited to) the ownership and development of both freehold and leasehold land and buildings, commercial acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Lease renewals, terminations, deed of variation and grants.
