My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join their well-respected Healthcare Litigation team. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a flexible/remote working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development.
The successful Fee Earner will defend Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution & NHS Trusts. You will possess strong communication skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills. The role would suit candidates with a proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence team within a similar commercial firm, however we are also happy to consider experienced Claimant Fee Earners.
