Senior Construction Associate

Greater London – £110,000 - £130,000

A leading national firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) into its Legal 500 recommended non-contentious construction team in London.

The role offers exposure to high-value development, infrastructure, and regeneration projects across the UK, advising on everything from procurement strategy to building contracts (JCT/NEC), appointments, and process plant agreements.

You’ll be acting for developers, funds, public bodies, and household names, working alongside a team with deep private practice and in-house experience.

The work spans:
  • Major real estate and corporate acquisitions/disposals
  • Project finance and complex engineering contracts
  • Digital construction and sustainable building practices
This is a senior, client-facing position with real scope to take the lead on matters, mentor junior team members, and contribute to national growth.

Ideal for someone who:
  • Has a strong background in non-contentious construction (JCT/NEC, development agreements, etc.)
  • Brings commercial acumen and enjoys collaborative, solution-led lawyering
  • Is open to advising on some contentious matters, though the focus remains transactional
  • Wants to work in a modern, forward-thinking environment with strong long-term prospects
