Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor – Social Housing & RegenerationPQE: 5+ Years
Location: North West (Liverpool, Cheshire) – Hybrid working available
Hours: Full-time or part-time (negotiable)
My client, a progressive and award-winning North West law firm, is looking to appoint an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join their expanding Social Housing & Regeneration team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team, advising Registered Providers on a broad range of housing and asset management matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting for social landlords on possession, injunction, ASB, and leasehold matters
- Advising on policy, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Providing advocacy in the County Court
- Supporting legislative updates, ombudsman complaints, and public law issues
- Supervising junior staff and contributing to business development
- 5+ years’ PQE with strong social housing litigation experience
- Excellent advocacy and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
- Experience managing or mentoring junior colleagues
- A commitment to client care and the firm’s social values
