EL/PL Manager
 
An EL/PL Manager/Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
 
My client is an award winning, well regarded firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage a team of EL/PL Fee Earners.
 
You will lead, encourage, mentor and develop all members of the team to their maximum potential, to ensure the team meets its objectives and deliver their work standards as agreed in the client’s SLA.
 
Duties will include:
• Monthly 121 performance review
• Setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing feedback and supporting professional development
• Holding team meetings
• Planning & distributing workload
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and best practices
• Staying up-to-date with legal developments
• Acting as first point of contact for client complaints
 
The ideal candidate will have recent and proven EL/PL experience and we are happy to consider both Claimant & Defendant Team Leaders/Managers.
