- Demonstrate 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the legal field
- Possess a deep understanding of criminal law and the ability to provide expert legal advice to clients
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, working closely with other duty solicitors
- Hold a recognized law degree or equivalent legal qualification
- Be a qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate
- Possess a proven track record of successful client representation and case management
