This well-established firm offers a market-leading accident management and legal claims service, supporting clients through all aspects of personal injury claims. Due to continued growth, the team is seeking a Junior Solicitor to join their Edinburgh office. The role involves working on a range of civil litigation matters including road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability claims. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive legal team with a strong client base and structured support.

The ideal candidate will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with an interest in personal injury or civil litigation. You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload, gathering evidence, advising clients, and progressing claims to maximise recovery. Strong client care, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within service level agreements are essential. You should also be comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment and reporting any issues proactively.
