I am currently working with a Top Tier law firm seeking a Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence team in BathThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in clinical negligence or personal injury, looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fee earners on complex cases and manage lower-value claims under supervision
- Draft legal documents and conduct research
- Maintain accurate file management and adhere to confidentiality policies
- Contribute to business development and attend BD events
- Time-record and work towards fee targets
- Previous legal experience (ideally in clinical negligence or PI)
- Strong organisational and written communication skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and legal software
- Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused
