Preferred Requirements:
- Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold acquisitions, disposals, leasehold assignments, new leases, and re-financing.
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, demonstrating excellent client care skills and the ability to manage your own caseload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong aptitude for multitasking and managing time-sensitive documents.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a passion for contributing to the growth and development of the department.
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct, as well as compliance with risk management processes and policies.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) within the commercial property department.
- Obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
- Proven track record of delivering consistently high levels of client service and building a loyal client or referrer following.
