Are you a passionate Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for your next challenge in a modern, forward-thinking law firm?A well-regarded and fast-growing firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking an ambitious Private Client lawyer to join its busy and expanding team. This role offers flexibility for either a full-time or half time with flexibility.
You will be confident in managing your own caseload independently with excellent client care and communication skills.
The Role:
You’ll manage a varied and interesting caseload with support from a collaborative and approachable team. Key areas of work include:
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Court of Protection
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trusts & Deeds of Variation
- Private medical insurance
- 25 days’ holiday + 8 bank holidays + closure over Christmas
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
