Residential Property Solicitor

Newbury – £50,000

In this role you will have exposure to a diverse portfolio of residential property matters, allowing you to expand your skillset as well as working in a supportive, inclusive work environment that values work-life balance and professional development

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ PQE) in residential property law, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
• Expertise in handling a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge and support the growth of the team

Preferred Qualifications:

• A qualified solicitor with a relevant law degree or equivalent legal qualification
