Serious Injury Associate – Midlands Salary: £65,000 DOEMy client is a regional law firm with a highly regarded Serious Injury department and they are looking to recruit a Serious Injury Associate to join their growing team in the Midlands.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing your own serious injury caseload, typically involving high-value, complex matters.
- Assisting Partners and other Senior Associates on catastrophic injury cases.
- Getting involved in business development.
- Aiding with the development of more junior members of the team
- Salary: £50,000+ DOE
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

About You:
- You’ll be a qualified solicitor/Cilex 4 years+ PQE with experience in serious injury work
- Comfortable handling your own caseload and working collaboratively on larger, complex claims
