They are currently seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their Private Client team, supporting fee earners in delivering high-quality legal services. This role will involve working alongside a team of skilled PAs to assist with a range of private client matters, including Wills, Executries, and Powers of Attorney. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, handling legal documentation, client management, and administrative tasks to a high standard.
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience as a Legal PA within a Private Client team, with a strong understanding of legal processes related to Wills, Executries, and POAs. You should be highly organised, methodical, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The firm is looking for a proactive individual who can use their initiative, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and provide professional support with a keen eye for detail.
