Public Law & Human Rights Solicitor (0–3 PQE) – South of EnglandI'm working with a highly regarded national law firm with a strong local presence. Known for their people-first approach and impactful legal work, they’re looking to expand their Public Law & Human Rights team in the South of England (Brighton, Gatwick, Southampton).
This role offers flexible and hybrid working (once or twice per week in the office)
The Role:
You’ll handle your own caseload of Court of Protection (welfare) matters, with the chance to assist on complex cases and grow into education law if that’s of interest. You'll work with vulnerable clients, so empathy and resilience are key.
What They’re Looking For:
- 0–3 years PQE
- Experience in Court of Protection (welfare) cases

Before joining in 2017, Francesca gained experience in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market as part of an Expert Liaison team at an insurance company. She holds a Primary School Teaching degree from the University of Lancashire and A-levels in Business Studies, English, and Religious Studies.
