My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Northwich, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the added opportunity to get involved in some commercial property work.
The Role:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Working alongside an experienced full-time Licensed Conveyancer and supported by two part-time legal secretaries.
- Utilising the firm’s recently implemented case management system, Quill, as they continue to work towards becoming paper-limited.
- Collaborating with a friendly and experienced team in a welcoming office environment.
- A qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
- Experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
- Ideally, some exposure to commercial property matters (although this is not essential).
- Strong communication and client care skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience).
- Office-based role: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
