Newscaster Lucy Meacock has taken time out to praise the concept of the Legal Support Staff Awards 2013, acknowledging the hard work performed by those in support roles. 'The idea of these awards is to give a big pat on the back to some of the true unsung heroes in the legal business. The awards will recognise some of the hard work you do - and reward it. We all know how busy we can get - and sometimes we don't do enough to thank the people who mean the most to us. You are at the heart of the legal work, and the legal processes wouldn't get far without the hard graft put in by all of the support staff. We hope this will go some way towards thanking you for your dedication day in day out. It is appreciated!'
Our Legal Support desk is one of our longest established and is headed up by Gemma Rush who will help judge this year's entries.
