• Expertise in residential sales and purchases, remortgages, and the acquisition and disposal of land, plots, and units
• Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to the firm's continued growth and success

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law, however this is subject to each individual.
• A strong academic background and a recognized legal qualification
• A passion for the property industry and a desire to excel in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
