- Lead and manage complex residential property transactions
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to drive excellence in client service
- Demonstrable experience as a senior associate or partner in residential property law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and associated legal regulations
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on residential property law
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
