Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload including wills, estate administration, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, and trusts
• Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of private client work, with particular expertise in trusts
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Engage effectively with clients, providing a high level of service and tailored advice

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in private client law
• Strong communication and IT skills
• STEP qualification preferred
• Experience with cross-border estate matters is advantageous but not essential
• A client-focused and personable approach with the ability to build strong professional relationships
