Commercial Property Paralegal – Legal 500 Firm
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000– £35,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An award-winning Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of Central London is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly regarded Real Estate team.
This is a standout opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and partners on high-value commercial transactions, acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, retailers, and corporate occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting solicitors with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work, and property finance
  • Drafting and reviewing documents such as leases, licences, and contracts
  • Conducting title checks, Land Registry searches, and due diligence
  • Assisting with post-completion matters and file management
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
The Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 12 months of experience in commercial property law, ideally in a legal 500 law firm.
  • A strong academic background (law degree or equivalent)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude
  • Experience using case management systems and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
