Commercial Property Paralegal

London – Salary negotiable based on experience

My client is a legal 500 law firm, currently on the lookout for an experience Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
• Draft and review legal documents including leases, licences, contracts, and Land Registry applications
• Conduct title checks and property searches
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, lenders, and third parties
• Maintain case management systems and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory processes
• Support the team in due diligence for commercial transactions
• Prepare reports and attend meetings as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience as a paralegal in commercial property
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
• A legal qualification (e.g. Law degree or LPC) is preferred but not essential
